Many think fitness is a seasonal activity or something that can be picked up and put down like your favorite toy.  Fitness is used lightly in since of being something that only takes two weeks of work to be fit.  But being fit is a lifestyle it’s a way of life that gives you life . Being fit affects everything from your health to your confidence to even your social. Only if you respect yourself enough to be fit and not just occasionally try fitness. Fit 4or Life is the motto that I use for my clients. Don’t get fit for today next week next month but be fit for life.
